Victor Auraspeed 99 J - 4U-G5

Here you can order the Victor Auraspeed 99 in the 4U-G5 variant. This racket is an improved version of the Victor Auraspeed 90K Metallic and is currently used by top player Anders Antonsen. This new flagship racket in the Auraspeed series is extra stiff and features an even-balanced weight distribution. Thanks to its stiff characteristics, this racket is more suitable for advanced to professional players. This is because more technique and power are required to generate speed in the shuttle, but in return you gain additional control. The Auraspeed rackets are ideal for players who prefer a faster style of play rather than powerful smashes.

The biggest improvements compared to the Auraspeed 90K Metallic can be found in the shaft and the head of the racket. The Auraspeed 99 combines the Metallic shaft with the latest WES 3.0 technology. This combination provides the best repulsion performance within Victor’s current racket range. In the head of the racket, Victor has added Nano Aerogel. This modern material is much lighter than the materials used in other rackets. As a result, designers are able to incorporate more carbon fibre into the racket, ultimately providing a more comfortable hitting feel.

Furthermore, the Auraspeed 99 uses technologies that are also found in the 90K Metallic. The racket features the Dynamic-Sword frame shape, allowing it to cut through the air faster. The frame also incorporates Nano Fortify TR+ and Hard-Cored technologies, which give the racket its stiff characteristics.

Unlike most of Victor’s top models, this racket does not feature a Free Core handle but a wooden handle. This means you sacrifice some of the control and comfort provided by synthetic handles, but in return you receive more direct feedback.
